- Water pressure & PRV check
- Visual pipe & fixture scan for corrosion/leaks
- Shut-off valve operation check
- Expansion tank check (if present)
- Water heater: flush & drain; anode check (Gold+); element/thermostat test (electric) or pilot/draft check (gas)
- Tankless: inlet screen cleaning & descaling (Platinum+)
- Hardness/TDS test & softener calibration
- Photo report with recommended next steps & priority tagging
Add-Ons & Bundles
- Softener + RO Care: $79/year (labor included; parts discounted)
- Sewer Camera Add-On: $79/year (on-demand; hydro-jet discounts apply)
- Home Sale Transfer Pack: $49 one-time (re-inspection + buyer report)
Terms & Conditions
- Annual term: 12 months from purchase; auto-renews unless canceled 30 days prior
- Transferable once within term with form & proof of sale
- Priority scheduling; emergency response subject to call volume
- After-hours = outside 8am–6pm Mon–Sat; waived for Platinum Premium (except major holidays)
Repairs billed as bundled parts & labor; discounts apply per plan tier - Excessive use may result in modification or cancellation (pro-rated refund issued)
- Exclusions: structural work, municipal permits, repipes, excavation, manufacturer warranty labor
- Cancellation: pro-rated refund for unused months (less admin fee)
